Great Scotland Yard

Harry Potter · Filming location

Great Scotland Yard

In the story · Order of the Phoenix (film 5, 2007)

A real filming location. From Westminster, Harry and Mr Weasley walk to the corner of Great Scotland Yard and Scotland Place, where a red telephone box is the visitors' entrance to the Ministry of Magic. The box was a prop and was never there.

At the corner with Scotland Place, frame the narrow street with the old buildings behind, where the phone box stood in the film.
