Taormina-Giardini railway station

In the story · The Godfather Part III (Kay arrives in 'Bagheria')

In Part III Kay, Michael's former wife, arrives in Sicily for their son's opera debut and steps off the train here; in the film it is the station of Bagheria, a town near Palermo. A real filming location, standing in for Bagheria: a pretty early-1900s station by the sea.
