Campiello del Remer

In the story · The sinking palazzo (Vesper's fate)

A real filming location. Vesper, who has been blackmailed into betraying Bond, hands over the money in a palazzo on the Grand Canal; Bond chases her and the building collapses into the water. The palazzo stands on this little courtyard opening on the canal; the collapse itself was filmed with a model and a set at Pinewood Studios in England.
