Casino Royale (2006) is Daniel Craig's first James Bond: a young, rough agent who must beat Le Chiffre, a banker for terrorists, at poker, and falls in love with Vesper Lynd, the Treasury official watching the money. Start on Lake Como, with the villas of the last part of the film: Villa del Balbianello is the lakeside clinic where Bond recovers, and further north is Villa La Gaeta, the house on the water seen in the closing scene.
From the lake, Venice is a day trip: Bond and Vesper sail up the Grand Canal and the palazzo from the Venice scenes faces the Campiello del Remer. Montenegro was really the Czech spa town of Karlovy Vary, an easy day from Prague: the casino is the Kaiserbad, the hotel is the Grandhotel Pupp, the arrival passes the Mill Colonnade, and Mathis waits on the square of Loket. In Prague itself, M is questioned in the Strahov library, the Venice hotel lobby is the National Museum, "Miami" is the Ministry of Transport and the Vítkov memorial, and the opening was shot at Danube House. Further away are the One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas and Black Park near London.
Villa del Balbianello has paid entry and set opening days, and is reached by boat taxi or on foot from Lenno; Villa La Gaeta is a private house seen from the lake or the road. The Kaiserbad has reopened after its restoration and can be seen on a guided tour, while the Ocean Club is for guests. Check before you go. The poker room and the inside of the Venice palazzo were studio sets, so they are not listed.
