A horse-drawn carriage carries Gil and Adriana, a 1920s Parisienne he has fallen for, even further back in time to the Belle Époque, and they step into Maxim's, the Art Nouveau restaurant that was the height of fashion around 1900. Adriana is enchanted and wants to stay in that era.
