Le Train Bleu (Gare de Lyon)

Ratatouille · Real place that inspired the film

Le Train Bleu (Gare de Lyon)

In the story · Inspiration for Gusteau's dining room

Gusteau's gilded dining room was composed from several Paris addresses, and this 1901 station brasserie, all frescoed ceilings, gold leaf and velvet banquettes, was one of the models the Pixar team drew on. Climb the double staircase from the concourse and you are inside the film's idea of grand French dining.
